I am so lucky to be a part of the Glow Team!
I have spent more than 30 years working in the health industry. From retail pharmacies to hospitals and even teaching yoga to rural farming communities!
I am a super friendly person and love to help people feel better about themselves through good health.
When I am not at work I enjoy the beach, a spot of gardening and hitting the trail bushwalking.
My mantra is that looking after yourself inside and out is the key to energy and happiness.
