We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. While we’d much rather not have a cancellation policy, it helps us respect the time of both our practitioners and our patients, while giving others the opportunity to access appointments when they need them.
To help you keep track of your booking, we send both email and SMS reminders prior to your appointment. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee.
Our cancellation policy is in place to help keep things fair and ensure we can continue providing the best possible care to everyone in our Glow community.
