Every person who walks through our doors is different, which is why your care at Glow begins with understanding you.

From your first consultation through to ongoing care, your appointments are structured to give our practitioners the time they need to assess, treat and support you appropriately. The type and length of your appointment may vary depending on your needs, stage of care and individual goals.

  • Initial Consultation

    FOR ALL NEW PATIENTS - ADULTS | CONCUSSION ASSESSMENT

    Your first appointment is all about getting to know you, your health history and what has brought you to Glow.

    Your chiropractor will complete a comprehensive assessment, which may include a full spine and extremity assessment, range of motion testing, reflexes and an appropriate functional movement screen. This helps us better understand what may be contributing to your concerns and determine the most appropriate approach to your care.

    Where appropriate, treatment may be provided during your initial consultation. If further investigation or medical imaging is required, your chiropractor will discuss this with you and provide a referral where necessary.

  • Pregnancy Initial Consultation

    FOR ALL NEW PATIENTS - PREGNANCY

    Dr Georgia, Dr Jessica, Dr Leticia & Dr Caireen have all undertaken further postgraduate study in pre & post-natal chiropractic care and provide appropriate assessments during pregnancy and beyond.

    Your initial pregnancy consultation allows time to discuss your health history, development and any concerns you may have before completing an assessment tailored your individual needs.

  • Children & Babies Initial Consultation

    FOR ALL NEW PATIENTS - CHILDREN 0-10 YEARS

    Children require a different approach to assessment and care.

    Dr Georgia, Dr Jessica, Dr Leticia & Dr Caireen have all undertaken further postgraduate study in paediatric chiropractic care and provide age-appropriate assessments for babies, children and teenagers from birth to 16 years.

    Your child’s initial consultation allows time to discuss their health history, development and any concerns you may have before completing an assessment tailored to their age and individual needs.

  • Report of Findings

    APPLIES TO ALL SECOND CLINIC APPOINTMENTS

    Your Report of Findings is an extended appointment designed to help you better understand the results of your assessment and the recommended next steps.

    Your chiropractor will talk you through any relevant findings, imaging or treatment results and discuss a care plan based on your individual needs and goals.

    It’s also an opportunity to ask questions and feel informed about your care moving forward.

  • Standard Appointment

    FOR ALL PATIENTS - ADULTS | CHILDREN & BABIES | PREGNANCY

    Your standard appointments form part of your ongoing care at Glow.

    Depending on your individual needs, your appointment may include assessment, chiropractic adjustment or another appropriate intervention, followed by reassessment to monitor how your body is responding.

    Your care will continue to be adapted as you progress.

  • Rehabilitation Appointment

    FOR ALL PATIENTS THAT REQUIRE A LONGER APPOINTMENT

    Some conditions, injuries and performance goals require a little more time.

    A Rehabilitation Consultation is an extended appointment that may be recommended for athletes, more complex conditions or specific rehabilitation needs. This allows additional time for assessment, movement-based rehabilitation and exercise guidance.

    Your chiropractor will let you know if this appointment type is the most appropriate option for you.

  • Low-Level Laser Therapy

    FOR ALL PATIENTS REQUIRING ADDITIONAL CLINICAL SUPPORT

    Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to support the body’s natural healing processes.

    Your appointment will be tailored to your individual needs and the area being treated. LLLT may be used as a standalone treatment or alongside other care at Glow, depending on your condition and treatment plan.

    Your practitioner will discuss whether Low Level Laser Therapy is appropriate for you and how it may form part of your care.

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. We also value the time set aside specifically for each patient and the opportunity for other patients to access available appointments.

We provide email and SMS reminders before your appointment to help you keep track of your booking. If you need to make a change, we simply ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
