Hi, I’m Dr Jessica Poon

I’m so excited to be part of the Glow Health Co. team and look forward to welcoming you into the clinic.

Chiropractic has been an important part of my life from a young age, after seeing firsthand the positive impact it had on my family’s health and wellbeing. During my years as a world-level competitive jump roper, I also experienced the physical demands of sport myself, navigating injuries, niggles and recovery with the support of chiropractic care. Those experiences shaped my understanding of how powerful the right care can be—not only for healing and injury prevention, but for helping people move, function and feel their best.

I graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) with Distinction and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic with Distinction. Over the past few years at Glow, I’ve loved supporting a wide range of patients and building strong relationships with the families who walk through our doors.

I have a special interest in caring for babies, children and postpartum mums, and I’m passionate about supporting families through all stages of life with gentle, tailored chiropractic care. I love helping people feel more connected to their bodies, more confident in their health, and better supported in the season of life they’re in.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me baking or cooking up a storm, heading to the beach, or searching for my next favourite local brunch spot.

You’ll find me at our Ascot and Capalaba clinic.

My Approach

My approach to care is gentle, individualised and centred around the whole person. I use a combination of manual, low-force and passive chiropractic techniques to tailor treatment to your body, your goals and the stage of life you’re in.

I have a special interest in supporting babies, children and postpartum mums, and I love helping families feel supported through every season of life. Whether you’re coming in for your own care, bringing in your little one, or looking for support as a growing family, my goal is to create a calm and comfortable space where you feel heard, cared for and confident in your health journey.

Alongside hands-on treatment, I can also provide guidance around movement, ergonomics, exercise and lifestyle habits to help support your long-term wellbeing.
